To US address, we ship from US Los Angeles Warehouses. To other country, we ship from Germany or south China Warehouses.

Damages and Issues
If your item arrives damaged, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with a clear pictures of the damage and give us 6 business days to file a claim with the carrier. Once approved, we will send you a brand new replacement. Your 100% satisfaction is important to us.
If your item arrives defective and you would like to request a refund or replacement, simply send an email to email@example.com within 7 days of delivery. We will issue your request as soon as we receive your email.
7-Day Return Policy
-You have 7 days to contact us and 10 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.
--All Returned items Must Be in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your Ebay ID.
--We will refund YOUR FULL WINNING BID AMOUNT, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, AFTER BOTH Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction form ebay. OR you may choose to have a replacement.
--You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items) & Gift Cards. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
If you need to exchange for another product, you must return your item and then purchase the product you need. Don't worry, once the return has been accepted, we will refund your purchase amount.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you within 3 days and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund in the form of your original payment. Please keep in mind that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be fully processed.
