Damages and Issues
If your item arrives damaged, please email us immediately at arcocheshop@gmail.com with a clear pictures of the damage and give us 6 business days to file a claim with the carrier. Once approved, we will send you a brand new replacement. Your 100% satisfaction is important to us.
If your item arrives defective and you would like to request a refund or replacement, simply send an email to arcocheshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will issue your request as soon as we receive your email.
7-Day Return Policy
-You have 7 days to contact us and 10 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.
--All Returned items Must Be in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your Ebay ID.
